This article by Ann Voskamp fits so well with  my theme for 2014 of “Life,” I could not NOT re-post at least portions of it (the second half is scheduled to be published on A Holy Experience tomorrow). 

Some key thoughts (but you should really go read the whole thing HERE):

If you knew how much time you have to live, you’d know how to live.

But that is the thing: You don’t know how much time you have to live — so you have to make time to make the life you want to live.

 

You already know: You will die.

So the only question that remains is: Will you live?

 

The question isn’t: How long have I got to live?

The point is simply: You got to live. You get to live. Today.

 

This year, 2014, lets LIVE as if every day was our last. For His Glory.
