Five years ago now, when I started “Ride Fierce Racing” as a way to legitimize my privateer aspirations, I never dreamed that the arbitrary choice to have red jerseys would become a “brand” of sorts…but that, combined with my braid (can I ever cut it?), seem to be a thing.
